I have very rarely written to a firm to say how good their product is but I just had to write to you. I am a 49 year old woman and fitting of 3 of your shelves was my first bit of DIY. The whole process was exactly as your instructions said, all necessary components were provided down to the drill bit and the rawlplugs and the shelves look really good.

The shelf set that I purchased has entirely lived up to my expectations - if not exceeded them. I was surprised and very impressed to find a punch, wire cutters, sanding pad etc included with the set. The instructions are wonderfully simple to absorb and the whole manufacture indicates a high degree of precision and innovation - it really is first rate.
I will most definitely be placing further orders for book shelves and single shelves for use as radiator shelves
